The Atalji Janasnehi Directorate on behalf of the Revenue Department, Government of Karnataka provides the facility for availing Nadakacheri services for citizen through the official website over Internet/Online.
All the available services delivery is subjected to the Acts and Rules promulgated by the Government from time to time and is in compliance to the IT Act 2000. The following terms and Conditions are applicable to the citizens who wish to avail the Nadakacheri Services Online. Once the citizen logins into the website it is by default that the citizen is deemed to have agreed to the terms and conditions and allow the citizen to enter into the formal agreement with Nadakacheri for the purpose of transactions for any or all the services on the official website.
The list of payment options available is internet banking /debit card payment/credit card payment from banks that are listed when selecting each of the above options. Apart from the fee chargeable to Government against each service, bank/payment gateway transaction charges will be applicable extra. For online payment services, the mobile number is mandatory. The status of the applications submitted online shall be searched using the Status menu. SMS will be sent to your registered mobile number once the application is raised. In case of a failed transaction, the user shall have no right to claim the amount. The loss on this account shall not be borne either by Government or by the Banks /Payment Gateways.

A citizen shall access Nadakacheri website only for lawful purposes and you shall be responsible for complying with all applicable laws, statutes, and regulations in connection with the use of Government website. This Website is for your personal and non-commercial use. You shall not modify copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer or sell any information, or services obtained from this Website. You shall not create a hypertext link to the Website or "frame" the Website, except with the express advance written permission of the Government.
The Atalji Janasnehi Project aims to provide various services to the citizens through the Atalji Janasnehi Kendras (Nadakacheri) which are easily accessible. Some of the services are also made available through the online portal. It utilizes backend computerization to e-enable the delivery of services and ensures transparency and uniform application of rules. The electronic delivery of services enables the citizens to know the Status of their application and for the Government to monitor the pendency real time. By this, the overall efficiency of the process is improved and enables the Department to provide prompt and effective services to the public.
The fees once paid will not be refunded for applications which are successfully submitted or for successful bill payment services. Cancellation of applications/bill payments shall not be entertained. The amount paid may be settled with the respective departments. In case of a failed transaction, the user shall have no right to claim the amount. The loss on this account shall not be borne either by Government or by the Banks / Payment Gateways. However an automatic refund will be made by banks for transactions which are not successful.
